This simple juice is perfect for starting your day, rehydrating after a walk, or just giving your body a gentle reset.

✨ Ingredients:

– 4–5 stalks of fresh celery
– ½ a large cucumber (or 1 small one), skin on
– ½ green apple (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
– Juice of ½ a lemon
– A small knob of fresh ginger (optional, for extra anti-inflammatory kick)
– ½ cup filtered water (if using a blender)

🧃 Instructions:

If using a juicer:
– Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
– Feed the celery, cucumber, apple, and ginger through the juicer.
– Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice, stir, and serve immediately.

If using a blender:
– Chop ingredients into smaller chunks.
– Add them to the blender with the filtered water.
– Blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve.
– Squeeze in lemon juice, stir, and enjoy.
